Why is it so easy to gain weight and so hard to loss it? The question that has crossed everyone’s mind at one time or another. I know that I’ve tried diet after diet after diet, yet again, one more diet and for what. I do real good for the first month or two, or at least until I began to notice a change in my appearance and habits. And then out of nowhere something in this little mediocre brain of mines says I’ve earned the right to have a cheat night. How freakin insane do I have to be to continuously play that same tune in my head time after time. I tell you why because that’s how the human body is or that’s how my body is anyway. I start off trying to make things right by counting calories closer and making sure not to eat too much fat, oh and keeping an eye on the sodium content, because we all know how hard it is to get rid of sodium weight😔. Crazy, Right?! Then I start noticing A couple of pounds here and there and that’s no problem because I know how to get them back off, it’s easy because I did it before. Boooy this is a vicious cycle. Cause by the time comes that I realize that I’ve gotten heavier then I’m comfortable with, I’ve come up with all kinds of medical reasons why I can’t eat healthy, exercise, meditate, focus on me, drink water, etc… my excuse was a good one, I mean my knees didn't want to work, I really needed a knee replacement, the pandemic had everything closed down and I couldn’t workout by myself, All of my excuses were legit. That is If I hadn’t used them same raggedy knees to get in shape in the first place time after time, if I didn’t have a whole gym in my own house. Bottom line, I got lazy. I’m going to keep you posted on this here journey of mines so keep up with my blogs
